What you should know before your visit
Patient Arrival Policy: For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. All other pets must be in an appropriate pet carrier.
Appointments: We see patients by on a walkin-in basis for routine exams and vaccinations. However, for surgeries we do require an appointment and do not recommend that you walk-in without an appointment.
After-hours Emergency: We do have a doctor on call once our regular business hours close. There is an additional fee to be seen on an emergency basis. For pricing please call our office at (956) 423-3322. Payment Policy: We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, personal checks, and CareCredit. Thus, we cannot extend personal credit or bill you later. If a pet care emergency arises that has significant expense we can help you apply for CareCredit. CareCredit has interest free payment plans that allow you to spread out a large emergency expense. You do not necessarily need a perfect credit check to qualify. It is easier to get than a credit card. See www.carecredit.com for complete details.
CareCredit is a flexible patient/client payment program, specifically designed for pet health care expenses, that makes it easier for you to get your pet the treatment or procedures they need. CareCredit is ideal for co-payments, deductibles, treatment and procedures not covered by pet insurance as well.
